Chateau Raceway officially changed hands today with Mark and Annette Wytaske of Austin purchasing the Track from Craig Shaw. Papers were signed at 12:30 this afternoon. Thanks go out to Craig for his past 3 years of service to the track and for helping Mark and Annette achieve this dream of owning the facility which has been renamed back to its original name from 1956, CHATEAU SPEEDWAY. Watch for the changes coming soon to the naming of the Facebook page as well as the Web Page. You will be able to follow the news and progress as they prepare for a July Opening Date yet to be announced. The Chateau Speedway History Group page is also being used to pass along information leading up to the new opening. Same classes as scheduled from last season will run this season to accommodate those drivers who have cars already built. The Hornets, Pure Stocks, WISSOTA Street Stocks, WISSOTA Midwest Modifieds, USRA B Mods and USRA A Mods.
