The List of Events that will coincide with the “2nd Annual Chateau Speedway Autumn Extravaganza” keeps growing and it’s still a month away. The Two Big Nights of Racing Action, Friday September 27th and Saturday September 28th will feature THREE Big Payouts. Drivers will run for Regular Purses on each night while accumulating points each night towards a third Payout. The Top 10 Drivers in each of the 7 Classes will receive a Bonus Payout. Classes that will be running are all The Tracks regular classes. Power 96 WISSOTA Pure Stocks, Y Waste WISSOTA Hornets, Adams Graphix WISSOTA Street Stocks, WISSOTA Midwest Modifieds, Action Builders USRA B Mods, French’s Repair USRA A Mods, and the KEVKO Outlaw Mini Mods.
Along with the Racing the Track will entertain the kids Friday Night before the races and again at Intermission with Hay Rides. There will also be a Bonfire after the Races Friday Night with all invited to stick around and enjoy the Autumn Weather and conversation around the fire, so be sure to bring your lawn chairs and blankets.
On Saturday, more for the kids with a Bouncy House again this year from 11am to 7pm. Then during intermission a Kids Candy Drop and Money Toss, along with lots of giveaway including, T-Shirts, and Sweatshirts. And of course the 2nd Annual Extravaganza Corn Hole Tournament which gets underway at Noon. Pre-registration can be made at The Track this Weekend during either Friday Nights Season Championship Races at 7:15 or Sunday Nights Labor Day Duel at 6:00. Entry Fee for the Tournament will once again be $20 per team and will take place inside the Grandstands so a Grandstand Admission for the Nights Races will also be required. This is to keep it a Tournament for the Race Fans out at The Track for the Weekend. Prize Money has not been set yet.
The Track Concession and Beer Stands will be open during the day on Saturday. No Food or Drink will be allowed through the gate during the Tournament or during the Kids events. All refreshments in the Grandstand will have to be purchased at the concession stand.
Ticket Pricing for the Extravaganza will also be the same as last year, $15 a night or $20 for a two night pass if purchased on Friday. The two night pass gets fans in for $10 a night just the same as any other race night; it just is paid up front, a bonus to those who come both nights.
Pit pricing will also be the same as last year also at $30 per person. The Entry Fees for the Top 4 classes will be the same again and will include discounts for drivers who pay for both nights on Friday, again same as last year. The “A” Mod Entry Fee is $60 for one night which does include the Drivers Pit Pass. Again they can save money by paying $80 for both entry and pit passes for both nights on Friday Night. Both “B” Mod Classes are $50 for one night, $70 for two nights if paid on Friday, and the Street Stocks is $40 for one night, $60 for two nights if paid up front on Friday. If drivers pay for just one night on Friday they can expect the same full charge on Saturday. Again that includes the Pit Passes for both nights for the drivers. Pure Stocks, Hornets and Mini Mods are all a straight $30 pit pass. Those who pay up front on Friday for both Nights will receive a 2 night wrist band that will be a different color and will have to be kept on for the next day.
